Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garment is unworn and free of any scents or marks.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or use a trackable shipping service to send your package to our Sydney distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
